Within UAE:
For orders placed within the UAE and falling within city limits, our commitment is to deliver your items swiftly, typically within 1-2 business days.

To GCC Countries:
Orders destined for GCC countries can expect delivery within 5-7 business days. In some cases, delivery may take up to 10 days.

Please be aware that providing an incomplete shipping address can potentially cause delays, as our courier partner may need to contact you for necessary details.

For GCC and international orders, please note that we are not responsible for calculating or assessing additional customs fees or taxes imposed by the transportation company. Any international shipping costs related to the importation of items are the responsibility of the customer, and we regret that we cannot refund these expenses.

Shipping Charges:
- In the UAE, orders exceeding AED 150 are eligible for free delivery. For orders below AED 150, a nominal delivery charge applies.
- For GCC and international orders, the shipping fee is determined based on the number of items in your cart. You can find the precise shipping fee during the checkout process.
